This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from ChrestonGolf, operated by Pinacom LLC.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, specific return conditions apply.

2. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Hygiene & Safety Policy (Important)

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

As certain products may be considered personal-use items, we strictly enforce this policy to ensure customer safety and product integrity.

Returns that do not meet hygiene requirements will be rejected.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item does not meet our return conditions.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
